The majority of our pulp sales are to longstanding customers with long-term supply contracts. Our relationship with some pulp customers spans more than 30 years, embodying our philosophy to focus on working with customers who are interested in stable, long-term relationships.

Our wood products customers are primarily located in North America, allowing us to streamline our order delivery process. As we have met our customers’ needs throughout the highs and lows of the market cycle, our efforts reap the results of sustained customer loyalty – some of our lumber customers have been with us for over 50 years.

Our commitment to reduced operating costs and streamlined operations enhances our relationships with our customers and communities by enabling us to continue production during down cyclical times. As a major employer in our mill towns, we bring employment that supports both the local mills and the local economies.
